The challenge
A new IO combination needed alignment from 12 leading oncology KOLs across NA, EU, LATAM and APAC before an ASCO-aligned positioning lock — and the brand team had two weeks, not two quarters.
The solution
ADVISA ran a fully asynchronous board: KOLs dropped video answers between clinics, a senior moderator threaded sub-debates, and consensus was tracked live against eight pre-registered questions.
The outcome
All 12 KOLs participated, six pre-registered consensus points hit ≥80% agreement, and the structured insight export was in the brand plan within 48 hours of close.
